Anne Burnham, Esquire

Anne is a principal at Jaconetta, Burnham & Wimer, LLC, specializing in estate planning, estate administration, probate matters and elder law. Anne is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of The University of Connecticut, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in English. Anne received her law degree, with honors, from The University of Connecticut School of Law.

Prior to joining Jaconetta, Burnham & Wimer, LLC, Anne was an associate with Berman, Bourns, Aaron & Dembo, in West Hartford. Anne also served as the staff attorney for the West Hartford Probate Court from 1997 through 1998. As staff attorney for one of the largest Probate Courts in the State of Connecticut, Anne oversaw all aspects of the administration of decedents' estates, testamentary trusts, and conservatorships. In addition, Anne had the opportunity to research and write opinions involving complex and novel issues of probate law. Anne is a member of the Probate and Real Property Section of the American Bar Association, the Estates and Probate Section and Real Estate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association. Anne lives in Chaplin with her husband, Jeff, and their three children, Connor, Spencer, and Sean.
